For school, we get 3 absences. If we dont go over 3 absences, we dont have to take our final tests. So, I havent gone over 3 absences and I am pretty excited for Friday because I am going to Mount Kato with some friends. Last year was my first year at the high school and we didnt have this policy, so everyone had to take finals. The week was jam packed full of studying and mountain dew to keep you awake. The teachers also gave us tons of study guides and extra homework.
Now that we dont have to take finals (well unless we get more than 3 absences) finals week is much easier. We still have to work hard to get all our missing assignments in, but there's not middle of the night studying.
